Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite and the apps you connect. Keep your credentials safe and tell us if you think an account has been compromised.
Plans and billing
Starter is free. Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or yearly, on the card you add at checkout. You can cancel from settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Do not use Kestrel to send unsolicited messages, to access data you are not allowed to access, or to break the terms of the apps you connect. We may suspend accounts that do.
Approvals and responsibility
Kestrel proposes actions and executes the ones you or your rules approve. You are responsible for the rules you set and the actions you approve.
Availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime and publish incidents on our status page. Scale plans include a written SLA.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email account owners at least fourteen days before it takes effect.
