Why we built approvals before we built more agents
We could have shipped more integrations. We shipped an inbox instead. This is the reasoning.

In early 2026 the roadmap said integrations. Customers said they could not let an agent touch anything real. Both were right, and only one of them was blocking revenue.
The inbox
One place for everything an agent wants to do that matches a rule. Approve, edit or reject. Edits are kept as examples. It shipped in June and it changed what people were willing to automate.
Integrations came after, faster, because every one of them plugged into the same approval layer.
